Kelli Mills

Kelli’s forte lies in systems, process and control implementation and optimization. She has worked in audit, advisory and internal audit at PwC, built product costing models as a Commercial Manager at Internet Solutions and owned and managed her own business in the textile industry with first- hand experience around challenges facing business owners in the market today. At Arzaga, her primary focus is in establishing & turning around existing businesses by implementing best practice processes & systems to enable growth and compliance with CIPC and SARS.

Therina holds a wealth of experience in the commercial space and has held positions as Financial Manager at Dimension Data and Internet Solutions. Her speciality lies in closing the gap between the financial and operational functions of of a business. At Arzaga, Therina drives the streamlining of financial processes and the application of technical knowledge to provide efficiency and clarity in businesses, with financial modelling and up-skilling of partners at the forefront.

Bhavesh brings to the table diversified experience in strategy, risk, information systems implementation, staff management and complex accounting. His experience has given him a big picture approach, with the ability to merge various aspects of a business to drive optimization. Bhavesh has held positions as a Group Financial Manager at Dimension Data, Compliance Officer at EGT in the Credit Risk division & Commercial Manager at Internet Solutions. At Arzaga, Bhavesh drives the more complex aspects of the financial function that talks to consolidation, group reporting and statutory requirements.
